Marquee is celebrating its second birthday on Saturday, February 18th, 2012. Please come and join us!

  • Marquee would like to express our sincerest appreciation to our loyal guests and friends at this 2nd year anniversary party. We will provide free flow of champagne for all guests between 9:00pm – 10:00pm.
  • Table reservations will also come with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
  • Special Guest DJ appearance from SPARK: DJ Junior

*Dress Code: Semi-Formal (shorts and sandals are considered inappropriate)

Potato Bacon Soup: Crumbly bacon, celery, onions, chunky potatoes in cream soup
Caesar Salad: Romaine hearts, bacon-bits, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, croutons with Caesar dressing

Pan-Seared Scallop: Caramelized scallops with lemon butter sauce
Smoked Salmon: Salmon rose served with watercress, chives, capers, and onions in a balsamic reduction
Parma Ham Melon: Melon wedges topped with Parma ham and olives

Rib-eye Steak: 8 oz. U.S.D.A. Prime rib-eye steak served with potato, vegetables, and gravy
Lamb Chop: Roasted rosemary lamb chops and potato served with horseradish-mint sauce
